Do I need to be home during service?
No, As long as we have safe access to your yard and your pets are secured, you do not need to be
home during your scheduled service window.

What happens if my dog is outside?
For safety, dogs must be secured before service. If a dog is loose and cannot be safely contained,
the visit may be skipped and charged the full service rate according to our missed service policy.

What if my gate is locked or gate code is incorrect?
If we cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or incorrect access code, the visit may be
skipped and charged the full service rate according to our missed service policy. Please ensure
gates are unlocked and accessible or ensure we are given the correct gate codes/access
information prior to your service day.

Do you offer deodorizing treatments?
Yes. We offer optional yard deodorizing treatments upon request for an additional $5/per visit
(recurring) or $5 one-time (for one-time cleanups). This service helps neutralize odors and leaves
your yard smelling fresh after each cleanup. Let us know under "additional comments" in your
request form if you'd like to add deodorizing to your service.

Do you clean the entire yard?
Absolutely! We thoroughly inspect and clean all accessible areas of the yard during each visit.

What do you do with the pet waste?
Waste is securely bagged and disposed of in your provided trash bin or dumpster unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure that you provide us with an accurate trash bin or dumpster location.

How do I sign up?
Simply get a free quote here, enter your zip code, and complete the quick onboarding form. Once approved, your service will be assigned and scheduled.

Is there a contract?
There are no long-term contracts. Recurring services require a 30-day written notice for cancellation according to our policy. Service will continue for 30 days after cancellation request and will then automatically stop.​

How often should I schedule service?
Weekly service is the most popular option for regular yard maintenance. Twice weekly is recommended
for high traffic yards or multi-dog households.

What if it rains?
We service in most weather conditions including light rain. If severe weather prevents safe operation
before service begins, your visit will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If a service has already
begun and can only be partially completed due to unforeseen severe weather, then the service will be charged a partial service rate according to our missed service policy.

How am I billed?
Recurring services are automatically billed each month based on services completed during that billing cycle. If a visit is partially completed or skipped due to access or safety issues, charges may apply in accordance with our service policy.

What areas do you service?
We proudly serve the Montgomery, Conroe, Magnolia, Willis, Plantersville, as well as any surrounding
areas within our service radius.

What if I need to reschedule or skip a visit?
Please provide at least a 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will be charged the full service rate.

Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanups are available for move-outs, events, or catching up on yard maintenance.

Do you sanitize equipment?
Yes. All tools and footwear are cleaned and disinfected between properties to prevent cross-contamination.

What if my yard hasn't been cleaned in months?
No problem at all. We handle yards in all conditions.
For clients looking to opt into a recurring plan: If your yard hasn't been cleaned recently, an initial
cleanup fee will apply based on the amount of pet waste and the number of dogs. After the initial

Can I change my service frequency?
Yes. You can adjust your service frequency at any time. Whether you'd like to switch from bi-weekly
to weekly, pause service, or make other changes, simply contact us or update your request through
